What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate’s Degree in Computer Security & Forensics and over 12 years of hands-on IT experience. My full-time career is in IT, specializing in computer repair, cybersecurity, automation, and IT consulting. I have extensive experience working with both home users and businesses on a variety of technical issues.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been passionate about technology and electronics since childhood. In high school, I founded a student-run IT service desk and created a program that provided refurbished computers to underprivileged students. My passion led me to a professional career in IT, where I continue to innovate and assist others with their tech needs.
